MONACO BUSINESS SOCIETY
The next Monaco Business Society presentation will be held on Monday 13 May at 18h30 at CREM, 1 avenue Princesse Grace, Monaco. Our guest speaker will be Judy Churchill.
The theme of her presentation will be the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ) in the development of a successful company or career.
With over twenty-five years’ experience in communication skills training and consulting at corporate level, Judy has developed her own particular style based on both her studies and experience. An honours graduate in French and Spanish, speaker of five languages, a qualified teacher and trainer, legal and official translator (including for the Monaco Law courts), Judy has lived in four countries and set up businesses in three.
Judy is particularly specialized in the development of emotional intelligence. The most important differentiating factor for any company is its people and the human dimension. In order for business leaders or managers to motivate and effectively manage their staff, they must first of all be in tune with the individual motivations and emotions of each person. The development of emotional intelligence is essential in this process. Indeed people are often recruited as a result of their IQ but only succeed in their career as a result of EQ.
The entrance fee of €20 can be paid at the door and includes a welcome cocktail and savoury snacks. If you would like to come, please confirm your presence to Ivor ALEX ativoralex@normanalex.com.
