Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and expansion within vertical industry segments.
This role is focused on building influential customer business relationships by staying abreast of current and future industry trends, changing technology and business knowledge.
This position will generate and follow-up on leads obtained through marketing channels, social media, internet research, etc. The salesperson, working within the Company’s sales process, seeks to provide an appropriate solution by understanding what the customer is trying to accomplish, establish customer’s pain point, and helps coordinate resources to provide solutions, and successfully close sales opportunities. BDR will be mainly responsible for Lead qualification & opportunity conversion.

What will you do:
• Qualify leads based on the customer’s need and alignment of the Company’s product /solutions to cater to those needs.
• Prioritize leads based on the opportunity to scale business revenue.
• Design and build a strong value proposition for Company’s offerings that align to the business objectives of potential leads.
• Create a viable business case, develop solution proposals and create the right content that targets the exact business case.
• Inclination to highly Customized Outreach – Come up with campaign ideation and use creative lead generation channels – beyond emails and cold calls
• Build a sustainable growth oriented network which can be leveraged to make reference sell.
• Decide on what strategy and channels to use
• Execute deep competitor analysis to design a strategy that differentiates Company’s offerings in comparison to that of its competition.
• Bring domain knowledge to the table and explain its application through investment in technology.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly & yearly Sales generation / invoice booking quotas

• You have a keen interest and background in technology, software development and digital transformation.
• You understand various business domains and how technology could be leveraged to build on those domains.
• You articulate your ideas crisp and clear and you are a effective listener.
• You have a solution driven approach.

• You have led end to end sales cycle from identification to closure for at least 3 business opportunities
• You have a knack to develop and maintain a trusted partner network.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in generating new business in software service sector
• You are creative and capable of devising multiple innovative approaches to solve a business challenge
