Our client is the second generation private office of an ultra high net worth family based in Monaco. The principal is a very active and sophisticated investor with wide business interests in Europe, the Middle East and the US.
The family officer is looking to recruit a corporate administrator to manage about 30 legal entities although new entities need to be set up on a regular basis to manage new family investments. The process is managed very manually at the moment and needs to be automated as much as possible so a good knowledge of Excel and similar software is necessary. Once the automation has been implemented, the person would be given increased responsibilities as the office is growing rapidly.
