corporate lawyer – paris

Our client is a successful multi-family office in Monaco with a wide range of ultra high net worth clients throughout Europe.

They’re looking to recruit a senior corporate lawyer with 10-15 years’ experience to offer legal advice relating to the corporate activities of the clients, ideally partly in a law firm and partly in house. Experience of cross-border operations would be a definite advantage. The person would manage existing clients and help develop new ones. A French legal qualification and detailed knowledge of French business law is essential.

The position could be based in Paris with frequent travel to Monaco or in Monaco. If the person is successful, they could be responsible for setting up an office in Paris.
