RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS/FUTURE PARTNERS
We are looking to integrate senior future partners into our teams, especially in Paris (and our other locations). As a future partner, you would be responsible for developing clients within our specialized activities. We could, however, consider people interested in developing new business sectors if the profile is interesting.
Whilst the main focus would be on recruitment, you must also be able to think strategically and be capable of developing corporate finance and consulting projects. As well as working with a classic mandate, you should also be able to originate ideas proactively and think “outside the box”.
It should be noted that the geographical scope of your work will not be limited by the office location but depend more on your own business expertise and network of contacts.
Most of our senior people have an independent rather than salaried status and we offer an extremely attractive fee-share which is typically as much as 75% of total revenue generated.
Desired Skills & Experience
Ideally, you should have at least 5 years’ experience either in senior recruitment or at director level within one of our specialized sectors. We would give very close attention to retired or semi-retired executives who feel they are too dynamic to spend their time playing golf or gardening and who would like to remain actively involved in the business world.
You must have commercial development experience and an excellent network of contacts. Our business model and boutique approach could be of particular interest either to successful independent consultants who no longer want to work on their own or to people disillusioned with large structures and looking to develop their hidden entrepreneurial skills within an established network.
