Ricardo has an extensive background in the financial services industry working for multinational banks. He spent more than fifteen years at Citibank in different areas but mostly in the private banking business. During these years at Citibank, he was based in Montevideo and travelled a lot within the US and LATAM, also staying a year in their New York office.

Previously, he worked seven years for American Express Bank in several positions throughout the region. Ricardo spent his last three years before joining our team as a Partner of a Swiss consulting and recruiting boutique based in Zurich and focused on wealth management.

He speaks fluent English and Spanish and learnt some French during a year in Geneva.
