After earning a bachelor's degree in European Economics and Politics from Montesquieu University in Bordeaux, Benjamin went on to complete a master’s degree at the Catholic University of Lille.

Benjamin has extensive experience in recruitment and business development with a particular focus in areas such as compliance, risk, regulatory affairs and audit. His main coverage has been the Luxembourg market as well as Paris, London, Monaco and Geneva. In addition to permanent recruitment, he has also been involved in interim management and consulting, enhancing the range of services offered to clients.

In his free time, Benjamin is an avid golfer who competes at a high level with a negative handicap. A former French university champion, he exemplifies the drive and focus required for success in both his sporting and professional life.
