Originally from Nice, Margaux holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication from IPAG Business School. After graduating, she joined the luxury hospitality sector, where she was in charge of ​business development ​for a hotel in Saint-Paul-de-Vence before acting as Deputy Director for a private members' club in Monaco. 

 

She moved into recruitment several years ago to focus on the human aspects of her career and has been working for companies in many different sectors based in Monaco and the South of France.

Outside of work, Margaux is passionate about dance and enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends and her two little boys.
