Norman Alex and Blue Pencil Announce Strategic Partnership

We’re pleased to announce a new strategic partnership between Norman Alex and Blue Pencil. This collaboration brings together two complementary international search specialists:

• Norman Alex, with its long-established expertise in financial services and technology

• Blue Pencil, a global legal search firm with over 20 years’ experience advising major international law firms

The partnership will enable both firms to offer clients a deeper, more focused service across their respective sectors and locations. Blue Pencil will support all legal recruitment mandates internationally, while Norman Alex will continue to develop the financial services and technology sectors, ensuring that clients receive specialist coverage in each market. The first joint initiative will be a business lunch in Monaco on March 13th 2026, bringing together a major sporting celebrity and leaders of the local business community.
