Ulrica is a Swedish national and a graduate of the University of Umeå, Sweden, where she earned a BSc in Economics and Business Administration, along with additional studies in Business English and English Grammar. She lived and worked in London for approximately 10 years before relocating to the South of France.

Ulrica brings over 16 years of experience in yacht recruitment, specialising in Captain and Officer placements. During her time in London, she also worked for both a law firm and a commercial estate management company, gaining valuable experience across different sectors.

At Norman Alex, Ulrica will primarily focus on yacht recruitment, a new department within the company that offers strong synergies with its existing recruitment activities.

Ulrica is fluent in English, Swedish, and French. Having spent many years in the South of France, she enjoys long walks by the sea or in the mountains, swimming in the sea, attending gym classes, and exploring the rich culture the region has to offer.
