Victoria is a French national and EHL Hospitality Business School graduate. She began her career in luxury hospitality at Société des Bains de Mer in Monaco before moving into fintech with Fineqia and stablecoin infrastructure platform STBL.

 

In 2025, she founded Xpertise Lab Advisory in Monaco, advising family offices, private banks and ultra-high-net-worth clients on capital raising, M&A and direct investments, particularly in hospitality. She is also Associate Director at WDigital.

Victoria joined Norman Alex in 2026 in Business Development, building relationships with private banks, family offices and investment firms seeking senior talent. She also co-organises the Monaco Leadership Lunch with The Business End, guided by her belief that capital and careers move at the speed of trust.

Based between Nice and Monaco, she is a member of the Monaco Ambassadors Club and enjoys dancing and hiking.
